With an economy just beginning to come out of a recession it might be be so easy to land a first job.

In order to motivate myself, I’m blogging about job applications. I figure this gives me some sort of anonymous accountability.
My deadline for the first batch is Thursday afternoon by the time I head to work.
I’ve been sending out resumes and coverletters pretty regularly, but this is where the rubber meets the road.
Today’s goal is to complete at least 3 and have my portfolio assembled and ready to send.
I wouldn’t call it laziness. I think sometimes there’s anxiety about taking the first steps towards potentially great job opportunities.
On that note…here goes.
